SATURDAY, APRIL 18th 

12:00-3:00 pm Fundamentals Revisited: $175 – 3 NPCP CECs

In today’s world of Instagram clickbait, the fundamentals are oftenoverlooked for complex 

choreography or the coolest new exercise. The Pilates fundamentals are the cornerstone of a

truly effective and transformative practice. In this workshop, we’ll explore how applying the

fundamentals can refocus and rejuvenate your teaching and practice. Through a combination of

discussion, demonstration, and movement, we’ll integrate these essential skills, and you’ll gain

a renewed appreciation for the Pilates Method.

 

3:30-6:30 pm The Classical Reformer and Beyond: $175 – 3 NPCP CECs

Using the classical Level I-III exercises as a foundation, this workshop will explore creative

variations and sequences on the Reformer that are both challenging and attainable. You’ll learn

innovative transitions, progressions, and teaching strategies to elevate your group classes while

keeping them accessible to all levels. Expect to leave with fresh ideas and practical tools to

enhance your teaching.

 

SUNDAY, APRIL 19th 

9:00-12:00 pm The Classical Chair and Beyond: $175 – 3 NPCP CECs

In this workshop we’ll dive into the classical repertoire and introduce innovative sequences

and transitions to maximize flow.  You’ll discover how to create dynamic, efficient classes packed

with powerful results by minimizing unnecessary spring changes and refining movement patterns.

12:30-3:30 pm Tower and Mat Workshop: $175 – 3 NPCP CECs

Learn how to blend classical and contemporary approaches to Tower and Mat classes in a

seamless and effective way. This workshop will focus on sequencing, transitions, and smart

planning for equipment changes to keep your classes moving without interruption. You’ll walk

away with a deeper understanding of how to create smooth, engaging Tower classes that

challenge your clients and have a great flow.
