As an independent contractor, instructors enjoy schedule flexibility while collaborating with the studio as opportunities naturally arise. 

Competitive compensation based on services provided and may be tiered pending training completion.

 Qualifications

• Pilates teaching experience is valued; instructors with developing experience and a strong foundation in the fitness industry will be considered

• Current CPR certification

• Professional liability insurance

• Operate as an LLC (Limited Liability Company) and is required for contract engagement.

• Deliver private and group Pilates instruction aligned with the Pilates method and standards

• Teach with precision, creativity, and care across a range of equipment, including Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, Barrel, Cadillac, and Pilates props

• Maintain a high level of client safety, attention to detail, and technical excellence

• Inspect equipment prior to each session to ensure safety and proper function

• Communicate studio, equipment, or client matters promptly and professionally with management

• Contribute to a clean, calm, and beautifully maintained studio environment

• Arrive on time and prepared to teach, creating a smooth and professional client experience

• Respect studio policies and professional boundaries, including the understanding that client relationships are maintained by the studio.
